A Bit of Folk Lore Wall Hanging
Dim:  12 in. X 30 in.
This is a quilted felted wool wallhanging.
It is a house with a vase of sunflowers beside it.
The windows, door, star, roof, and chimney are all done with the hand blanket stitched.
The lines in the house are also hand stitched and the house is done with the blanket stitch.
All the sunflowers, leaves, berries, crow, and vase are done by hand with the blanket & straight stitch.
The only items that are machine sewn are the colored strips sewn to the background.

The backing is a tea flannel. To finish off this wall hangings in a wool gold binding.
A 4 in. mounting sleeve is located on the back for use with a decorative rod (rod not included)
